It has been discovered that Naltrexone, the ‘off-label’ drug developed to treat alcohol and opioid addiction, can also be effective at treating a wide range of other conditions when administered in very small doses. Low Dose Naltrexone or LDN, has proven to be effective at treating ailments as diverse as multiple sclerosis, lupus, thyroiditis, inflammatory bowel disease and various cancers as well as autism spectrum disorder, chronic fatigue and depression. Yet this safe, cheap drug still languishes in medical obscurity.
